R.B. Homes Builds Dreams
R.B. Homes has been building homes and developing property in some of New Jersey's most desirable areas for more than three decades. In that time, we have built well over 200 custom homes under the direction of founder Roman Barsky.
Our portfolio of homes we have built ranges from a traditional colonial style to a more contemporary and modern design, varying in all different sizes. While most R.B. Homes projects are in the Princeton area, you will also find many of our quality-built, beautifully crafted and meticulously landscaped dwellings in northern New Jersey and southern New Jersey, including Morristown, Short Hills, New Vernon, Brick and Point Pleasant.
Our Team
R.B. Homes has a staff of five, all of whom contribute to the continuing excellence and success of the company.
Roman Barsky
Roman Barsky, the company’s founder, has been a premier home builder for more than three decades. Under his leadership and creative vision, R.B. Homes has built several hundred custom homes, primarily in Princeton and its surrounding communities, but also in northern and southern New Jersey. Roman’s deep knowledge of the building business, combined with a passion for design and exceptional taste, is apparent in the quality and craftsmanship of every home he builds. With his years of experience working with bankers, engineers, attorneys, surveyors, appraisers and inspectors, clients can expect a smooth and efficient process, every step of the way.
Roman has been known to work seven days a week, and for taking direct responsibility for the on-time and on-budget delivery of every job. He oversees the progress of every project, from start to finish, and personally handles any challenging situation that may come up.
Daniel Barsky
Daniel Barsky learned the business from the bottom up. After graduating from Bryant University with a degree in Business and Finance—and a lucrative job offer—the Princeton native decided to continue his father’s legacy and join the family business, first as a laborer so he would be fully immersed in every aspect of its operations.
Thirteen years later, after over a decade of dedication and hard work, he is not only a full partner at the company but is also the face of the enterprise. Daniel is responsible for every aspect of R.B. Homes’ activities, starting with the land development to residential/commercial construction completion and subsequent sales. He works directly with accountants, attorneys, bank representatives, architects, engineers, municipal inspectors and township boards, suppliers, contractors, real estate agents and customers.
To date, Daniel has overseen the completion of more than 100 projects, ranging from $300,000 to $4,000,000. He is known and respected for his ability to quickly identify and mitigate business and construction issues, as well as for his responsiveness, integrity, attention to detail, and management skills.
Danielle Drozdek
Danielle joined the R.B. Homes team in 2015. She is a central part of the company and helps keep the office running smoothly so that all other team members can focus on their roles. She works mainly in the office and assists the R.B. Homes team with all administrative functions. Danielle also manages our residential and commercial rental properties.
Monika Wilimczyk
Monika has been the office manager for R.B. Homes since 2007. As the liaison between the R.B. Homes team and our clients, Monika is available during business hours to respond to any questions or requests. She makes it easy and convenient to correspond with any member of our staff, and ensures that our reputation for excellence in customer service is upheld.
Antonio Atchely
Antonio, or Tony, joined the R.B. Homes team in the beginning of 2015. Tony has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He has a very strong work ethic and is a great communicator. With his extensive experience, Tony not only can accomplish any task put in front of him, but also takes pride in doing so, and it shows with the homeowners’ praise of him.
